Our Quick and Easy Process

We take care of everything, so you don’t have to worry. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

1. Initial Contact: We’ll start by getting basic information about your project,  what type of dwelling unit you are planning and if any work has already been done. We’ll answer all your questions and ensure that we’re clear on exactly what you need so that we can give you an accurate quote for your project. Once you have accepted the quote we will send over a service agreement for you to review and sign and the deposit will be due at this time.

2. Laser Home Measure: To get accurate dimensions and measurements, we’ll have a precise laser home measurement completed. This helps us create the most accurate designs and permit drawings for your project.

3. Design Approval: Once we’ve taken measurements, we’ll work with you to finalize the design of your space. We ensure that the design aligns with your vision and addresses your needs.

4. Final Drawings: After design approval, we’ll create the final permit drawings that meet all the legal requirements of the Building Code and other requirements. Once these drawings are complete, the final payment will be due and once received, you will be sent the entire drawings package.

5. Permit Application Submission: For most areas, we can handle the submission of your permit application. We know the process, understand the local regulations and have years of experience dealing with the permit process start to finish. Having us handle the application submission and communication with the building department will save you both time and frustration
